Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@meacaofg.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

We only accept 3 kinds of refunds. (You receive the goods within 30 days)

1, you did not receive the goods. (If you refuse to accept or put it in the storage without taking it and cause the goods to be returned or directly destroyed, no refund) 
2, the product is damaged, if the product is damaged directly email us (support@meacaofg.com), provide the unopened box video. We refund directly.
3、Products do not match the description. (If the product received does not match the description on the product page of our website, you can apply for a refund by emailing us directly.)

4, If the product returned or destroyed due to no one at home or refused to answer the phone. We mail you also do not reply. If returned, we only charge part of the postage. If the product is destroyed. We refuse to refund.

If the refund is returned because you don't like it, don't want it, or its personal reasons. We always refuse to refund.

Or because Made in China and other racial in fact, and other reasons do not pay.We refuse refunds.

We ship from USA, China, UK.

Damaged goods refund need to provide:1. need to arrive to open the .box video, proof of damage to the goods.2. Proof of breakage (pictures or video).3. Please return the damaged item to the product to China address.4.Contact us by email .(support@meacaofg.com)If you do not receive the goods or timeout can be emailed directly contact refund.Refunds are not supported after 30 days of receipt of goods.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
